I don't believe it is soley up to the schools...but I also don't think middle schools should be forming parent programs either! Parents today need to get a grip and realize they can parent their kid, they can say "NO" and they can participate in their childs life. It just seems like kids today do not get any guide at home or school and they just wonder around and do whatever they want.

Personally, in my opinion it is not up to the schools - it is up to the family, parents, and the morals and values they instill in their kids.

Schools have nothing to do with it. It is the parents job to educate their kids about sex. Kids will do what they want believe it or not..True Love to them...will get in their way of their better judgement. I know. I was pregnant at 18 years old and my parents raised me well.

My problem: I walked into an abusive relationship at a young age.
