I could be wrong. I am divorced, remarried and my family and I don't live in the same state. I have four kids and unfortunately they cannot run to grandma and grandpa's house whenever they want. I think a lot of it has to do with the media, TV shows today, Reality shows and so on. In my opinion, I think that there are really good parents out there still and I think that it is more about the Divorce rate and the fact that so many families live so far away from each other.
