Oven Herb Potatoes

You will need:

1-2 Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary (rinsed)
1 Orange (for zest, rinsed)
2 Tablespoons of honey
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
1/8 Teaspoon of pepper
1 20 oz. package of Simply Potatoes Red Potato
Wedges

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Snip rosemary
leaves only (1 tablespoon). Peel several strips of
orange peel, without any white pith. Use a zester or
vegetable peeler.  Finely chop for zest 1
tablespoon and place in a medium bowl.

Add remaining ingredients (except potatoes) and
mix until blended.  Add potatoes and stir until well
blended.  

Spoon into 2 quart baking dish and bake for 30-35
minutes.

Southern Potato Skins

You will need:
Krinkle Cutter
Pound of Potatoes
Bar B Q Sauce of your choice
Olive Oil
Shredded Cheese
Fresh Crispy Bacon
Green Onion
Best on Stoneware Cookware

Wash and Krinkle Cut the potatoes long so they are oval in
shape.  You decide the thickness.

Baste Olive oil on both sides and place on stoneware.

Cook for 20 minutes on 350 and turn half way through time.

While cooking, mix chopped bacon, chopped onion and shredded
cheese together.

Take out and baste with Bar B Q sauce and put cheese mixture
on top and put back in the oven for a few more minutes.

Serve and enjoy  with Ranch dip or Sour Cream.
